Skills:

A website should consider its entire audience demographic. When a brand is promoting a product principle that involves inclusivity and accessibility, it's of the utmost importance that its website reflects that.

Ticketmaster is a website that promotes buying and selling tickets to events for all ages. Through analysis and a sample market test, I noticed that Ticketmaster's website needed more usability for older customers. My goal was to simplify an overly complicated website to cater to all age demographics by weeding out unnecessary steps in the ticket-buying process.

My ultimate goal with this project was to question the big brands to see if their usability appealed to all audience demographics. Using critical analysis, I created various user personas to seek out problems that could cause confusion and abandonment for the customer and potential revenue loss for Ticketmaster. Using the information compiled by this demographic analysis helped me develop a more user-friendly technology that all audiences could easily enjoy. I was able to build product principles for brands and analyze if they were in line with the site's functionality.

Lacking knowledge of technology or an unappealing website should not be a reason for consumer abandonment. My usability project was created to help users in the entirety of the end-customer demographic. My edits and mockups will make the website more usable and appealing.
